I forgive Muscle!  I believe that muscle has potnetial!  As I like to put it…
The yesterday is old, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift that is why they call it the present! 
All of you who say don’t forgive muscle are living in yesterday not today so get over it!

Remeber that!
